An activation is a remote energy healing where energies are being activated within you. I called in my spirit guides as well as the elemental and asked them to use me as a vessel to transmit the energies of the element in question (e.g. fire for the phoenix activation). Activations are helpful to (re)awaken stagnant or lost energies.

It is a 30-minute channeled and protection audio activation. It comes with a preparation video as well as an integration exercise.

You may feel lighter, more focused, energized, more aligned. People often get a feeling they are supported by their guides and/or the elemental during the days following the activation.
